My doorbell subscription ran out so I wanted to switch the recordings to the base station. I had to remove the device from the app then add it back under the base station but it won’t find my doorbell. When remove it from the plate and reset the doorbell it asks to follow the setup instructions again. Everything works fine until you push the doorbell to start the pairing with the app. It only blinks a few times then stops setup and slowly blinks to indicate motion after setup and won’t hook to the app. Any suggestions?

I’ve done this multiple times. Each time I try to add the device to the app, everything works properly until I push the button to begin the sync. It begins to blink but stops shortly after then switches to the slow fading blink which indicates motion and followed a few minutes later by the app telling me it cannot find the device.
