We have been using our Arlo video doorbell successfully, until a few months ago, when we noticed it was missing some activity. It would record us driving out of our driveway, but not in. Now it is picking up activity on the road, instead of the areas marked by my activity zones.
The troubleshooting techniques from Arlo were not successful.
Has anyone else experienced this, and been successful in correcting it?
Also, my doorbell is changing colors or shrinking internally. There is a red ring showing above the button, and you can actually see the internal working of the unit, around the eye above the button. I wish I could post a photo for you.
Has anyone else seen this before?
I was told, it may be from heat. My concern is, this unit was designed for the outdoors…should it not be able to withstand extreme hot and cold temps?

You can. Just make sure it is jpg. If the file extension says jpeg, you'll need to manually change it. This can be a pain if you use an iPhone.
