Arlo video doorbell isn't saving video at all anymore

I have two devices, an Arlo camera in my backyard and Arlo video doorbell in front. Both were saving video to the cloud with my subscription but now the video doorbell isn't saving video at all anymore. What do I need to do.

Can you make a manual recording from the doorbell?  Or is it just motion recordings that aren't being saved?
