"Activate Siren" constantly displays in notification area on Android

Just started yesterday, "Activate Siren" displays in the notification area of my Android phone, with what looks like a moving progress meter. I can't clear it. I did activate the siren yesterday to tease my grandkids who were near the door. I've tried closing the app and clearing the cache, but it comes right back. Has anyone else seen this?

The app is up to date, my phone runs Android 10.
