Arlo video doorbell and chime connection

Two and a half months ago I installed an Arlo video doorbell and Chime. Sometimes when the doorbell is pressed the chime will continuously ring 4 times or so. The doorbell will start giving feedback from the street back outside and won't stop until a manual restart of the Chime. How can I resolve this?

I would love to, but the chat bot leads me in circles or lands me in dead ends. When I try to reach a representative, I am sent to the Dutch customer service, of which the page does not load. It's impossible to get a hold of anything but a computer spewing out the same articles time and again. I have tried both the Arlo app and via computer. Is there a direct e-mail address I can contact?
