I have the video doorbell and when someone pushes the door bell it calls my phone. But I’m wondering if there’s a way to have it also call my dads phone? As he does have access as well but I’m the primary person on the account.

Butlerh13,
Yes. This can be done by utilizing the Grant Access feature. Once the secondary mobile device is signed in using a Grant Access account and the doorbell is shared with that user, that device should also receive calls when the doorbell is pressed. The secondary device must be logged in to the Arlo Mobile app to receive calls.
