I just installed the Arlo wired doorbell. Videos are populating into my library. I shared the devices with my wife tonight, giving her full admin rights. For some reason the videos won’t play back in her APP and don’t show in her library. Any solutions?

What happens when she tries to play videos back? What do you mean by this? If the videos aren't showing in her library, what videos is she seeing?
