Frozen Areas of Playback Screen

I have installed the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell today and it is powered directly via a transformer rather than a chime and connected to my Arlo Ultra SmartHub.

The issue I have is playing back saved video whether downloaded or not.

If I view the camera in live view there are no issues.

If I play back a motion detected video the right side of the recording is green, bottom and top frozen and the middle bit plays.

If I download the video and play it back I only see the middle bit playing.

Anybody know how to correct this?

Gazbrob,

 

Try adjusting the resolution in settings for your doorbell. Drop the resolution down and test to see if you experiencing the same issue. If you do not, try bumping the resolution back up and test again to see if the behavior is still present.

 

You can find the resolution settings within the Arlo mobile app under Settings > My Devices > select your doorbell > Video settings > Video Resolution
