Arlo Wired Video Door Bell Not compatible in India

I recently bought Arlo wired Video Door Bell.

But to my surprise it is not compatible for India .

In India the output voltage is 200-220V but the product is compatible for 16V AC -24V AC.

Kindly suggest how do i connect.

The doorbell uses the voltage from the typical doorbell transformer. Do you have an existing doorbell? Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the doorbell. Apparently there are places that don't use the US spec of 16-24 volts but there are transformers available that can be purchased to provide the needed voltage.

An alternative is to use the wireless doorbell which uses a built-in battery instead.

i already purchased wired door bell

now and can’t return it as it already crossed it period.

can you suggest the transformers available in market

You'd have to research that yourself or with an electrician. I have no experience with setting up devices outside the US. An EU user may help since they run into the same issue.
