Arlo Wired Doorbell not recording. Tried deleting and re-adding back on.
My arlo doorbell has stopped recording to the library. I have reset it. Deleted it for my arlo app and added it back. It will send me an alert but not record.
Do you have an active Arlo Smart trial or subscription plan? Arlo Video Doorbell requires an Arlo Smart plan for recordings to be saved to the cloud.
I bought some camera's separate and I have a free trail until the middle of April but I cannot add the doorbell to the account. Once the free trial ends, I will subscribe.
The trial plans are specific to each individual camera/doorbell. How long have you had the doorbell? The trial associated with it will expire earlier than the other cameras on your account if it was purchased and activated earlier.
