2 video doorbells, worked, then stopped. Now only 1 works.

Upgraded transformer at the electrical box prior to installation.  I have 2 doors that are on the street, "kitchen" and "front" doors.  Both installed easily. 2 hours later both dead, got the not connected error on the app. All other arlo cameras working fine.  I added white transformer to 3 wired chime box, and after restarting the hub and resetting the
Front" doorbell it is working.  Kitchen doorbell, no power after adding arlo transformer and doorbell reset. 

Thoughts?

This could indicate your doorbells are not receiving enough power from the transformer. Take a look here: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
