Arlo Video doorbell and Arlo Chime

Because the chime connects to a base/hub but the current firmware for the doorbell only allows connection to your router, the doorbell won't set off the Arlo chime. An update is said to be coming soon to allow the doorbell to connect to your base/hub which will fix the problem.

To migrate your Arlo Video Doorbell from WiFi connection to your Arlo base-station or SmartHub, please remove it from your account, wait for the factory reset to complete (LED ring should be solid white) then re-onboard.
