When viewing videos from the library in the Arlo iOS app, videos are being cropped as shown in the screenshot attached. Live view from the camera does not show a cropped image, and viewing library videos through the Arlo website also does not show a cropped image. I tried downloading the video to Photos so I could share a sample, but once uploaded the video displays correctly, showing the full camera field of view. How can I get the full field of view when replaying library videos again?

Yes and yes. The same replay issue occurs on my wife’s phone, too. Interestingly, it does not affect replay of nighttime videos - only daytime.

Strange. The only thing I can offer would be to remove and reconnect the doorbell but I don't have great hopes...
