For the last few days our video doorbell has been showing offline when viewing in a browser but online in the mobile app. I have reset the doorbell a couple times but that hasn't help. It is still accepting calls and recording motion. Any advice?
There’s no battery.
Then you must have posted the wrong model doorbell, since the AVD2001 does have a removable battery that needs to be recharged.
The AVD1001 doesn't have a removable battery (but there is a small one inside to cover power glitches).
