Arlo Video Doorbell Showing Offline in Web Browser but Online in Mobile App

For the last few days our video doorbell has been showing offline when viewing in a browser but online in the mobile app. I have reset the doorbell a couple times but that hasn't help. It is still accepting calls and recording motion. Any advice?

First steps are to clear the browser cache/cookies as well as trying a different browser.

Been there, done that, thanks. Tried multiple browsers on multiple laptops. Now the doorbell isn’t working I’m the app either.

Is the battery charged? Does your router show an active connection? Have you reinserted the battery to reset the doorbell to a known config?

There’s no battery. Router is working, as all other cameras are working. Had to remove, reset and re-add the doorbell to get it working again.

Then you must have posted the wrong model doorbell, since the AVD2001 does have a removable battery that needs to be recharged.

 

The AVD1001 doesn't have a removable battery (but there is a small one inside to cover power glitches).
