I got rid of my chime doorbell and the access to where it was in now closed inside the drywall.
I didnt know if there is a way to hook it up w/o the chime.

Two ways although both will still require the doorbell itself to have power from the transformer:
1) Just use the doorbell which will ring your phone when someone pushes the button.
2) In addition to the doorbell, purchase a base station and Arlo chime which plugs into a wall socket and connects to the base so you still have a chime. An advantage here is that if you use a VMB4540 base or higher you can also get local recordings on a USB drive for backup if you also sync the doorbell to the base and be able to view them on the app.
