Doorbell only sends motion alerts, no people or vehicle alerts and sound no longer works

I installed my doorbell in May. Everything worked perfectly. I noticed two weeks ago as someone was casing my home that the alert I received was for “motion” not person. Since then I have noticed that the only alerts I receive are motion. I can stand in front of the doorbell and it only acknowledges “motion.” I am also having a secondary issue with sound. When someone pushes the doorbell, my phone rings but now when I answer it all I get is static and the person at the door doesn’t hear anything. What is wrong with my doorbell?

Do you have an active subscription? Check your subscriptions and make sure your doorbell is participating in an Arlo Smart plan.

Hi, yes I do have a subscription. And per my app, everything is selected.
