So I replaced my nest doorbell with an arlo doorbell due to connectivity issues with the nest. the Arlo worked well for about 3 months, I have now been working with arlo support to try and resolve why my doorbell won't connect to the system. I had no problems for 3 months, nothing changed. I have had 3 e-mails with recommendations from arlo support. Each time the e-mail contains a link which is not supported. I have to access my case number by going through as if I were creating a new case each time. You would think you would include a link in your arlo dashboard. The most recent attempt to update my case and I was informed that I did not have authorization to access. For the price you would think you had better support. I have had the pro 2 for a while but I think it's time to start shopping around again with this kind of support.

theogreen,

Could you provide more details about what you are experiencing with your doorbell? At what point are you having an issue? What error messages are you seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Doorbell has power and functioned normally for 3 months, then the connection to the arlo base went away and after following the recommendations by support, have been unable to reconnect. Also unable to respond to support due to a internet lock from their end.

When I attempted to respond to the trouble ticket (which I had done on the previous comments), this time I was informed I did not have authorization, thought may be I wasn't logged in so I logged in again and tried it, received the same response.

Interesting.  Is it possible that 2FA kicked in (and sent an authorization request to your phone)?
