Arlo HD wired doorbell Too long a delay from doorbell pressed to phone ring, to video on phone

I have an Arlo HD wired doorbell.  When someone presses the button, it takes about 5 -7 seconds for the phone to ring, and then when I answer the phone about another 5 seconds before the video shows up on the phone.  I know I have a strong wifi signal small townhouse with mesh network.  Any ideas anyone?

There is a normal delay with IP based cameras. Does the same issue occur over wifi/mobile data or another device?

The same on both wifi and on mobile data for the phone.    Wifi is gigabit internet with a mesh network and strong signal both to doorbell and phone.

Is there any concrete, multiple walls between the doorbell and the router or Hub? having the router/hub next to another wireless frequency device might affect performance as well. 

I tested this and I'm not able to replicate the issue as described.

Thanks I will try moving one of my Mesh network notes closer and give it a go.

Sounds good, let me know how it goes. it does sound like there may be an interference issue or possibly bandwidth interruption somehow.
