I have an Arlo Wired Video doorbell that I've had since May 2021 and has generally worked great. However, in the last couple weeks it has been a pain. About 2 weeks ago after a bout of below 0 temperatures the Arlo app said the device was no longer connected to my wifi network, even though we had power and internet. A different Arlo device has worked find throughout this so it doesn't seem to be an internet problem.
I removed the device from my app and attempted to re-add it using the QR code without any luck. I then popped it off the wall and held the reset button for 15-ish seconds until the front flashed white. Then tried to go through the setup process to re-add it to my account but it wouldn't chime when I held the QR code in front of the camera.
Next I shut off the breaker to the doorbell and removed it from the wall and just let it sit for an afternoon for it to completely be without power. I re-attached the doorbell to its wires and to the wall and tuned the breaker back on. The circular lights around the button slowly flash white, when I click the button my house doorbell rings and the Arlo doorbell makes a chime (this chime happens whether I am holding the QR code in front of it or not) then the lights around the button flash more rapidly for about 5 seconds before going back to flashing slowly again. I have tried holding the QR code in front of the camera while it is flashing slowly, and immediately after pressing the button, but it never makes the chime to indicate it successfully read the QR code.
It is now just acting as a regular doorbell without video capabilities, and the button constantly and slowly flashing white.
At this point I am pretty frustrated and not sure what to try next, as it seems I have tried everything suggested by the various support forums and articles I have found. Any tips are appreciated.
