Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell Not Recording

Just recently, my wired video doorbell no longer records motion or manually.  When I hope the livestream, I cannot start a manual recording.  I have a subscription, i've changed the Mode and i've removed and resynced it, but it still doesnt record motion.   Any help would be very much appreciated!

Check to make sure the doorbell is still participating in your subscription plan. You can find this by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage cameras.
