Arlo Essential Wired Doorbell

I have the Essential Wired Doorbell and it has worked just fine until last week when it no longer records video. I reset my WiFi router to no avail. Any idea how to remedy this?

Did the subscription expire?

A subscription is required with the doorbell for it to record videos?  I am having the same issue but don’t see anything mention a subscription.

Any camera newer than the Pro 2, starting in 2018 with the Ultra models, requires a subscription for cloud recordings. You get a trial version to get you started but when that expires you need a paid plan. Go into Settings to check your subscription status as well as to purchase an appropriate one.
