Hi,
I just unpacked my Arlo AVD2001B-100EUS Doorbell.
Unfortunately the talking from phone to doorbell doesn't work. The speaker of the doorbell seems fine. The recorded messages and the siren will work. Talking from doobell to phone is also no problem. But when i have accepted the call on my phone i can switch the mute or try to hold the mic button with no result. I have the iPhone 13 Pro with IOS 15.1.1 and the latest Arlo app version. I tried to reset the doorbell and let it check for firmware updates but this didn't resolve.
Hope this can be easily resolved.

ThimoH,
Are you able to test using a different mobile device? Do you still experience the same issue?

I have same issue. No issue with iPhone 12 Pro Max. Mic is active in app settings for Arlo, as well as allowing ALL permissions.
People can hear me, but I can't hear them... Already did resets, and still cant determine why?

I same issue. I cant hear anyone, but they can hear me.
Tried an iPhone 12 Max Pro, Iphone 8, and iPhone 11 all with different software levels.
Already rebooted devices as well as Arlo doorbell a few times.
All settings are active in App, including microphone, and permissions are granted for all items including audio/microphone.

I have same problem though it has worked for over a year. Also, the indoor chime is not ringing which has also worked for a year. I will try a reset if I can pop open the device.

As you can see there are more people with this problem. Unfortunately this is also the case with another device. If there is no solution I will have to return the doorbell. As far as I know this is the only doorbell using the SIP protocol. This is a great benefit but if the doorbell doesn’t work then I don’t have another option then returning it.

Mine seems to work just fine when I reset it for about about half a day and then go back to no working. My chime has always worked though.

For what its worth I updated to IOS 15.2.1 this morning and after the update its working. Will see if it changes after a day or 2 but maybe that fixed it.
