Arlo Doorbell question

Good afternoon.
I'm thinking in acquire the Arlo doorbell for our tourist apartments building. However, it is essencial that all our staff (4 persons) can remotely access the system when someone rings the doorbell, is this possible?
Also, is it possible to connect the doorbell to the electric system to open the door remotely?

The owner/primary user can share the cameras using Settings, People to the various email addresses as needed. There are limitations to what these guest accounts can do but usually it's close enough to be useful. See the following FAQs for details:

As for being able to control the door lock, that isn't possible by itself but may be possible by using IFTTT or similar, assuming the lock is compatible.
