Just install the Gen 2 Door bell camera my door bell does not ring any more is that the way in suppose to work or is the door bell still suppose to ring?

I assume you did hook the wires for the doorbell to the new doorbell? Did you check the voltage at the doorbell to ensure it's in the proper range?
