Arlo Doorbell Disables Everyday

I have an essentials doorbell and it disables every day. I’ve reset multiple times, removed and re-added multiple times, updated firmware, etc… nothing seems to fix it. 

We don’t have a hub, or run SmartThings.

 Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
