Arlo DoorBell wired issues

Hello,
I have a full Arlo system. The Doorbell is wired and was connected to the HUB. It randomly disconnected and stopped working. I did the whole troubleshooting on my own because the support never called and closed the case, even without checking on me.
I had to set up the doorbell without the HUB because it was impossible to pass the installation with the HUB. Now I have a big delay with all the notifications from the doorbell camera. Also, with the Arlo support system, I can't edit any actions, but it does not even show me what the action is(are).

Since I couldn't complete the installation with the hub, I had to set up the doorbell without it. Now, I'm experiencing significant delays in receiving notifications from the doorbell camera. Additionally, I can't edit any actions in the Arlo Secure system, and it doesn’t even show me what those actions are.

How big is that delay? Are you talking hours? Or minutes?

What actions are you taking about?
The settings are scattered -
- some are accessed by pressing the profile icon in the top right and then selecting "Home"
- some are accessed by looking at the doorbell rule in the modes (Arm Home, Arm Arway, Standby)
- some are accessed by pressing the settings wheel on the doorbell tile on the devices page.
