App NOT user friendly

The Arlo app is not user friendly, it takes forever to pair to your device, it is not allowing a second device to be shared to be able to access the doorbell, the doorbell makes no sound at all from the app on the phone which is very frustrating when all the settings have been adjusted to allow a sound, this has not been a fun experience trying to set up the doorbell. We are two well-educated people who cannot seem to figure out how to set this doorbell up and use it functionally! It is not a user-friendly app and I would never recommend it to anyone! We had used your cameras years ago on our beehives and it worked seamlessly however now we can't even get the doorbell to notify us that someone has rung the doorbell using a sound. Very frustrating. Will never recommend these cameras to anyone ever! They should just go with ring!
