My echo show show 5 won’t show my video doorbell feed. I have tried reinstalling the skill. I read changing video quality setting fixes the problem that didn’t work. Alexa just keeps saying “front door doesn’t support that”

I already ask the question. I am in France. I tried everything I saw in the community but Alexa skill does not work with the video doorbell (it works with all other arlo camera I have).
Can you please tell me if the skill work in France?
