Amazon Alexa show 5 and Arlo

I cannot get alexa to show me the doorbell. I’ve tried all of Amazon’s troubleshooting on the phone with them for about an hour. The screen just says waiting for Arlo for about 10 seconds then stops.

I have the same problem. I tried also everything mentioned in the Arlo community. Still does not work for the video Doorbell although it work for the other arlo cameras I have.
I read somewhere that the Arlo skill for Alexa has not been adapted yet for the Video Doorbell in certain country (I am in France). Arlo could you confirm and if so, when the skill would be adapted?
