AVD1001 doorbell not connecting to phone when rung

I have an arlo 2 base station and video doorbell. From the app I can access the doorbell view but calls will not connect to my phone or any other device that has granted access. When I open settings from the app of the doorbell it says the doorbell is disconnected. How can I see the doorbell view but its disconnected? I want to be able to answer doorbell from my phone when it rings.

Try rebooting the hone and reinstalling the app.
