Remove it from your account.  If it's the only camera you have in a subscription, make sure you cancel the subscription.

The new owners then need to install the app, create their own account.  Then they can use "add device" to on-board the doorbell to their account. Of course they will need to get their own subscription if they want cloud storage, activity zones, or the other subscription features.
