Hello to everyone
I'm wondering if a 24volt 40VA transformer will work fine with an Arlo Wired Video Doorbell. I already made a big mistake with my first one connecting it directly to 120volt wire and burned it. Also if you can recommend the best transformer to buy from amazon.
Thank you all

It will, but is more than needed if you are just powering one doorbell with no chimes. FWIW, I use a transformer with that rating, and it powers two doorbells and two chimes.
