I want to enroll in arlo secure plan but I can't login my account. It always shows 'Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error' for several days. Any suggetions to solve this problem? Thanks.

Are you using a VPN? If possible, are you able to test from a different network to see if you still experience the same issue?

I turned off the VPN and still had the same problem, but there was no problem logging in with the web browser on the phone, so I used the phone to enroll the security service
