My video is no longer appearing in  my library and we have a paid subscription. Any fixes for this?

First I suggest seeing if you can make a recording while livestreaming the doorbell.

If you can't, then verify that the doorbell is listed under the subscription in the subscription area of the app.

If you can, then double check the rule for the doorbell, and make sure it is still set to record.  https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them

I tried all 3 suggestions and still no video appearing in my library. I do get notifications but the video doesn’t save.

Are you saying you can make a manual recording while livestreaming, but then are not seeing it in the library?

Manual recordings appear in the library but live recordings do not appear at all

But you

  • are receiving notifications when motion is detected?
  • have checked the current doorbell mode/rule, and it does include a recording step for the doorbell?

If so, I think the next step (painful) is to do a factory reset of the doorbell. https://kb.arlo.com/000062346/How-do-I-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Video-Doorbell

Have you tried viewing the library from both the web client and the mobile app? Does no content appear on either?

I figured out my issue. The doorbell device is under my log on and my cameras are under my husband's log on. I have to signed on to my account to see the doorbell video and signed into my husband's account to view the camera library.

That requires two subscriptions - it might be cheaper to put everything on the same account.

If you have set up "friend" account access, you should be able to see the library for all cameras from your account.  Similarly, you can share the doorbell with your husband's account.

If you set this up, click on "create account" in the invite email on a PC (not a mobile device).  That will open a browser to my.arlo.com.  Then log in to the "friend" account to complete the process.

This assumes a subscription - direct access to local storage is only available in the primary account.
