I am trying to purchase a doorbell and I am a verified medical provider. I click the ID.me and it never applies the 15% off discount. I cant find an email or number to call about this.

I missed a phone call from support. I tried to call back and that number only does outgoing calls, it cant take incoming calls. They said they would email me and to respond to the email but the email is a do not reply one.
