When someone presses the doorbell, my iPhone rings continuously and then shows at least 14 missed calls from the doorbell. I contacted support. They had me remove the app and reinstall, no luck. Then I removed the camera from the app, factory reset the doorbell, then reinstall. Same issue. This does not happen on my wife's phone. Any suggestions welcomed.

my wife's iPhone is a 14 Pro, iOS version 17.4.1, Arlo Version 4.13 (7415 released March 21st, 2024, everything is the same.

Do you still experience this issue with APP version 4.14? If you do not see the update, you should be able to remove and re-install the app to force the update.

Can you try updating your phone to the latest iOS version 17.5.1 and remove and reinstall the app to receive the latest Arlo app version 14.5 and test again. I will escalate to the appropriate team if this does not help with these symptoms.
