AVD2001 OUT DOOR VOICE CAN ONLY BE HEARD FOR A SHORT TIME

my wire free doorbell works fine with alexa and the chime but when talking on my mobile the voice from the caller only lasts for a short time before fadng, however, the caller can hear me for as long as needed? also, the picture of the caller fails to fill the mobile screen ie only the upper part can be seen. any suggestions?

What model mobile device are you using? You could try adjusting the resolution within your doorbell settings and test again to see if you experience better results.

My mobile phone is a Samsung J4 and is a few years old. I am using Virgin Broadband and never have any problems with it. My wife has a more recent Samsung S10 mobile and we wil try connecting this one with possibly better results. Thank you for your input.

Following several attempts with 2 mobiles, changing the wifi settings and reloading the Arlo app etc we still cannot talk to the caller even though we can still hear them. We have had to return the doorbell. Thank you for your help.
