another AVD2001 Reset won’t work

Hi,

I'm trying to pair my AVD2001 with a new account but the reset won’t work.

The battery is charged, and button lights are white in a breathing pattern.

Holding the pin in the reset hold for any lengthof time (15sec, 30sec, 60+seconds) does not start the reset process - i.e. I do not see rapidly blinking white lights.

Any ideas?

Can you feel the button "click" when you press it? If not, perhaps you're not actually pressing on it.

yes, there's a definite click.

Assuming the battery is charged, the fastest resolution would be to swap at the store.
