Hello,
My wireless doorbell won’t connect, seems to be a common issue. I put it on 2.4GHZ and turn 5GHZ off, turn off the WiFi assist, turn off the auto find for the WiFi etc. still it will not locate my doorbell. Doorbell just blinks and app says it can’t find it. Idk what to do I’m about to return it.

Try resetting the doorbell by holding the small hidden button on the back for >10 seconds, until the ring starts flashing. Try again.

You're not using a VPN, are you? If so, turn it off. Otherwise the fastest solution may simply be to swap at the store.

I am not using a VPN that I know of, just a everyday household modem/router with just a single password to login. And I would swap but my wife threw out the boxes already smh….

You could purchase a new one and use the new boxes to return the original. A little sketchy but it works.
