Wireless doorbell poor sound quality

My wireless doorbell is a little over a year old. I've always had excellent sound quality while recording or using live video until recently. I've reset the doorbell, uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck. My speaker volume is at 100% but the sound quality is very low I can hardly hear people speaking on my porch 2 feet away from the doorbell while it's recording or using live video.

Does suggest that the device is faulty and likely out of warranty, check the warranty status in the app under settings/support/ select your device and scroll to bottom for warranty.
You can also access your arlo support options, they may sell you a new device with a discount.

As an after thought, with the arlo app open check the phone volume level is correct, stranger things have happened before.
