We have an arlo2 with 4 cameras no subscription and they keep videos in the library for 7 days. We got a wireless doorbell that came with a free 3 month subscription and it worked the same. Now the subscription has ended we have nothing in the doorbell library. Why wouldn’t it act the same as the other cameras?

The pro 2 was sold with 7 day free cloud storage.  Arlo stopped doing that on newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018).  The newer ones (including the doorbeels) all need a subscription to get any cloud storage.

Thank you for the reply. So to get the doorbell to record to the library I would only need the single camera subscription as the other cameras should continue to work as they do now?

Yes.

The multicamera subscription isn't needed, but the extra cost would give you longer retention on the older cameras.
