Hardware AVD2001Aer1.2, Firmware1.2.0.0_421_33e90a0_a36eaba Upon installation, the mounting screws for the mounting bracket just slipped through the Mounting bracket Holes. I then went and purchased washers and new larger screws to replace what came with the Doorbell. So the new screws worked! Suggestion Replace the small screws before mounting. This could actually help Thieves pull it off the wall!

Dealtoth,
The included screws should be the appropriate size to securely mount the bracket. Could you provide a screenshot of the screws you received next to the mounting bracket?

I went out and bought a washer and slightly bigger screws. The other screws just came out when you gave a pull on the Arlo not hard pulling either, I fix the problem I'm just wanting a Replacement battery for it now since it needs to be recharged! Thank you for the Reply back!
