Wire free doorbell not triggering chime 2, very inconsistent.

Very disappointed with this product, have the wire free doorbell installed, and using the chime 2, all setup up fine, no problems, also have 2x ultra2 cameras setup with the latest Arlo home base that came with the cameras. All was well… for a few days, then the doorbell stopped triggering the chime 2, I’ve done everything from reinstalling everything, to restarting everything, powercycling, deleted and re added the doorbell and chime, and again, it all works fine and installs as it should but then stops working after a few days, out of 10 doorbell presses (presses spaced fairly far apart I might add) only 3 triggered the chime. Anyone had this problem or got a solution? Any help would be appreciated. Wish I didn’t buy this product but it’s a bit too late to return now, will definitely be passing my
opinion onto anyone that asks about such products.

It may simply be a faulty device (I'd suspect the chime). Use Settings, Support to talk to support for a possible RMA.
