Wire free doorbell avd2001 & recording

I have a wire free door bell, with a secure single camera storage account. 

I've lost the ability to record events and just keep getting a message that I've found a premium feature. 

I'm unable to add record in the motion option as it is greyed out. 

Anyone any ideas please?

Have you checked that the doorbell is still showing up in the subscription plan?

Hi @Bchappers 

 

Can you restart your doorbell from the Arlo app and test again.
