Anyone can take your Arlo Wireless doorbell off the wall, download the Arlo app, register the doorbell as theirs and become primary user. Kicking you off your account. This just happened to me. I was the only account holder. A Man walked up to my Arlo doorbell and registered it to himself. I was offline from that moment on. I went through Arlo support chat and I was told that Tim not an account holder!!!!! I asked to call a rep, was told not open and I'd need to come back to chat to get the phone number. I paid for the monthly subscriptuon service too. I was the only user. I immediately uninstalled the app, and threw the doorbell away.
