How to tell if Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free hardwired is trickle charging

Hi there,

I am new to the community. I recently installed the Arlo Essential Video Doorbell, Wire-Free. I have purchased a 24V AC voltage transformer to power the doorbell. But there is no indication to confirm the transformer is charging the doorbell. The phone app does not show the doorbell is charging unlike the cameras that are connected to solar panels. Anyone experienced this? Thanks.
