Arlo Doorbell with Mechanical chime does not work

I bought the arlo wireless doorbell and installed.  Everything works well except working with my current chime (mechanical one).  My house relatively new (5year old) so the chime that I have should be new, but arlo doorbell cannot detect this device and keeps saying "Traditional Chime Not found".  Does anyone know how to resolve this?
