I just need to update the expiration date on my credit card for the subscription.  How do I do it?  The subscription option is not highlighted.  And the Support group will charge me $60 just to assist.  No way that I am paying $60 just for a simple instruction.

They don't charge, so you must not have been talking to Arlo support.

Always reach them through the support area of the app.  Don't google for a phone number.
