Hi all - two days ago our Wireless Doorbell gave us a notification that the battery was low at 15%. We charged it, started using the camera again and within 5 hours it was back to 15%. Noticed that the infared light was on and it wasn’t recording. Checked the settings and we had it so that light was not suppose to be on. Unplugged the battery, plugged it back in and the infared light was still on. Reset the camera, same problem, the light was still on. Figure the camera is broken. Get up this morning and our 2nd doorbell camera is at 15% (was checked last night and at 77%). No notifications that we had recordings at all last night. Seems extremely strange that both our cameras are doing the same thing within 2 days of each other. We haven’t played with any of the settings. These were purchased in approx. Jan of this year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'd contact Arlo support (if only to get the problem on their radar). If you have a subscription, you will find a phone support option in the app. Don't google for support, that will lead to a scam support site.
I'm tagging the Arlo mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) to draw their attention to your issue. If this is common (due to a bug) , there will be a lot more posts on this very soon.

Reset the camera,
Just checking on this, as some people use the term "reset" loosely. Did you use the reset procedure here?

Thank you for the reply. Will get in touch with Support and let you know what they say. As for the reset we used the key and pressed the spot. The ring of white lights appeared and then it disappeared from our Arlo App, but the Infrared lights stayed on. 😞
